1. Join a DAO.
2. Make yourself useful with whatever you know how to do. Some DAOs need a bot person, some DAOs need a Python bot person. Some DAOs need ReactJS. In doing the in DAO work you will be exposed to more and more blockchain programming.
3. Find some free online courses... or pay. Your choice.
4. Make friends with blockchain devs in the DAO, go to dev meetings, do things with and for the dev team.
5. Pretty soon, you too are a web3 dev.
